My Online group class for Leaving Certificate music singing students is beginning in October. Details are below:

This course is specifically designed for students who wish to study singing for the Leaving Certificate but without the added stress of time consuming weekly travel for classes.

It is a culmination of decades of Voice Teaching experience, working with students who successfully navigate the Practical component of the music curriculum for Leaving Certificate. This course will have the highest level of tuition from a teaching and performance expert.

Course content includes;

breathing technique, vocal technique, performance technique, stress management skills and confidence building skills

singing syllabus- available for each student to help them choose repertoire that is relevant and suitable for the practical exam

access to recorded classes for participants for study purposes

weekend technique and performance workshop opportunities where students can work with an accompanist

an online community created as a support network.

The approach is holistic, with solid classical singing foundations, necessary for proper support and a lifetime of health for the voice and the student. The standard we aspire to is excellence, to ensure the best exam experience and outcome possible. Our students have been featured on tv, in film and are national singing competition prize winners.

1. Are online singing lessons as successful as in person?
We have taught both online and in person and have found them to be equally successful.
2. Will students get individual attention?
Yes, group class numbers will be kept low to ensure individual attention. Furthermore, there are multiple benefits of learning from fellow participants
3. Will there be musical theory tuition included in the course?
There will be sight singing and musicianship tuition included, as it relates to repertoire for singing exams
4. Does the course accept students from both 5th and 6th year?
Yes, we are enrolling students for both years
5. What is the investment for this course?
Students can avail of a special introductory investment of 500 euro for the academic year, (under a third of the cost of one-one singing classes, with the added benefit of home study and opportunities to participate in weekend workshops).
