- Develop self confidence
- Experience silence of the mind
- Release belief systems that have prevented you from engaging creatively in your life
- Release fear around performing through singing/ acting/ public speaking
- Enjoy the many benefits to your health and well being
- Feel wonderful
Individual Singing Lessons
These classes will take place as live lessons through Skype/ Facebook or in the physical. Students who prefer lessons online can also opt to come for 1 or 2 classes per month in the physical, depending on location.
Classes will focus on development of vocal and performance technique and can include sight singing skills.
Students may also be provided with guidance on nutrition, health and well being in relation to the needs of the individual.
Physical classes can also incorporate Arasatma breathing techniques which help with vocal technique, grounding, rejuvenation, and which include many other benefits too innumerable to mention here.
Choral Musicians~
The choral music department of the academy has been established to assist with the development of the growing number of choirs and choral societies within Ireland.
It’s aim is to raise the level of performance within choral settings through development of vocal and performance technique, music literacy and musicality and to provide support for choral directors/ conductors at rehearsal venues and/ or weekend workshops.
Class numbers within the academy will be small which will provide time for individual attention as well as group work so necessary when singing with a choir.
Students will receive tuition in vocal technique, performance technique, sight singing skills and musicianship. Choral singers can also work on particular aspects of music they will be performing with their choir, with a view to approaching more challenging music with a solid technique and musicality.
Singing teachers are classically trained, professional singers and musicians, experienced both as performers with professional choirs and as soloists.
Classes for individual students are available on a termly basis.
Investment; €375 for 40 minute classes
€550 for 1 hour classes
Fees can be paid each half term if more convenient.
Classes for choral groups are available on a termly basis.
Investment; (Group classes)- €250 per term.

She recently released a new album of holistic music in mp3 format entitled ” Music from the Hidden Realms~ Arubarfirina Fairy Magic” with artist Karen Folgarelli on harp, inspired by the book Arubafirina Fairy Magic, by Almine.
The album was recorded as a live session with music sung and played as stream of consciousness/ from silence.
The music in the album has already been well received, internationally and some clients have noted issues with health have been relieved upon listening to the music. The music can also be beneficial as a tool for manifestation.
Recent performances include a lunchtime concert in Ireland’s National Concert Hall, with pianist, Pádhraic O’Cuinneagain, in April of this year, a performance at the Bloom Festival on the June bank holiday weekend and a performance of operatic and oratorio arias later the same month.
Joanne has also conducted many choirs and ensembles from children to adult choirs for concerts, services and professional engagements.
In terms of choral music, Joanne is currently working alongside choral director, Thomas Kehoe with the SYC and with various ensembles, with conductor Ruaidhrí O’Dalaigh.
Joanne sings with the professional choir of St Teresa’s in Clarendon st, Dublin, with director of music, Ronan McDonagh and conductor, Grainne Gormley.
Over the last number of years, she has been approached by individual choral singers and by conductors to provide support with vocal and performance technique at an increasing rate, which has organically grown to the establishment of the IVCMA.
